Tumbling Clinics
with Paul Friedman and Kellen Abel
Join us for a day of three incredible master classes
focusing on ground acrobatics and tumbling skills.
These classes are perfect for students wanting to level up their tumbling skills!
Saturday June 27th

This master class will teach the basics of skills such as handstand, cartwheel, front and back walkover, and back handspring preparation.
Prerequisites: ages 5 and up.
This master class will focus on a standing back handspring and preparation for connecting a cartwheel or round off to back handspring.
Prerequisites: Ages 5 and up. Strong and confident cartwheel and handstand.
This master class will focus on building the strength required for an aerial as well as learning the pathway for how to make it a safe, successful, and performable skill.
Prerequisites: Age 5 and up. Strong and confident cartwheel and handstand.

Silk Spin Sequencing Workshop:
Sunday 4/12 5-6:30pm
$70
This intermediate-level workshop focuses on fluid sequencing and in sequencing in spins on aerial silks. We will explore how to initiate and manage spins through pathway and body awareness.
Prerequisites:
-hip key in the air
-ability to invert in the air
-comfort working off the ground and transitioning smoothly between skills.
Intermediate Straps Workshop:
Sunday 4/12 6:30-8pm
$70
This intermediate-level workshop focuses on building strength and proper technique on aerial straps.
Prerequisites:
-working on long arm inversion
-strong engaged long arm hang

Fundraiser show for Ethereal Arts Northwest
Ethereal Arts Northwest is more than a studio—it’s a community that welcomes people from all walks of life. Over the years, Katie has built a vibrant space in Gig Harbor, WA, where people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities come together to move, create, and connect. Entire families train here, with each member finding their place on the mats or in the air. Some students have been with Ethereal Arts Northwest since grade school and are now attending college circus programs or performing professionally. Katie has even created a dedicated competition team designed to train and guide students toward making circus arts a lifelong career. Others come for fitness, friendship, or simply to try something new in a safe, inclusive space that feels like home. This shared passion for movement and creativity has made Ethereal Arts a place where people can truly be themselves.
We are losing our current rented space due to a larger business buying out our business park and have struggled to find other potential rental spaces that meet our needs.
We would like to turn this challenge into an opportunity that would allow us to welcome more students and expand the ways we serve Gig Harbor.
So, we’re ready to take the next leap—building a permanent home where our community can continue to grow and thrive.
Our show 'An Ethereal Dream' brought to you by our amazing coaches and some special guest artists from Seattle! We are so fortunate to have such an amazing group of instructors in our studio and they have been such a big part of growing our studio to what it is.
This night is about us getting to share our love for this art and our studio with you on stage doing what we do best!
Tickets will be by donation, please pay whatever feels manageable to you.
Each Eventbrite donation counts as one ticket.
We will have drink tickets available for alcoholic beverages and a silent auction with donations from local businesses.
This evening is meant to take you into a winter wonderland where anything feels possible at the shake of a snowglobe.
We encourage you to dress for a classy holiday evening and enjoy some amazing aerial and acrobatic feats while supporting this wonderful community of artists.

Can you think of a better way to spend your birthday?! Spend your special day with us learning the basics of aerial and acrobatics with some of your closest friends! We will spend an hour and a half working on introductory level skills on different aerial apparatus' along with some acrobatics, and then the remaining 30 min will be yours to either review the things you have learned or enjoy birthday sweets (self provided).
